The workshops sold online through this website are done so on a no returns, exchange or cancellation basis. Refunds will not be issued for an incorrect selection. By completing your transaction by clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button, you are accepting this policy. Please select your workshop carefully and double-check that the session and fee information under the ‘You have Selected’ heading is correct to avoid incorrect entries or selection.
Your e-ticket will be delivered by email to the email address provided in the contact information section of the booking flow or your CPL Membership profile. Please present the e-ticket to our staff to gain entry to the workshop.
When you register, you will be asked for some details. From time to time, additional information may be sought for registration. Your privacy is very important to us, and we will not pass on your information to any third party, without permission.
